All you need is

1) "Intent to Sell Form" before you get the loan.

2) "Bill of Sale" - After it is sold. YOu will not need this if Owner is handing you the title right away.

Although there are a lot of websites selling you these simple documents, you need not buy them.

In fact they are simple worded documents.
